Which leadership style should I choose?

The world is in a state of flux like never before. Events happening right now are affecting social, economic and geopolitical standing on global scales, with the uncertainty only increasing as time goes on. In such times, it’s challenging to feel secure and confident in what lies ahead; however, that doesn’t mean we can’t prepare for what may come. To do this, factoring in the leadership approach becomes paramount to success. What type of leader does our world need today?

That’s the question many are pondering: Are we looking for someone inspirational who sparks a fire within us? Maybe someone analytical who commands attention whilst they formulate their strategies? Or perhaps a blend of both qualities? What sets apart those leaders from others, and how should they be implemented into our struggles against adversity at a time when resilience is key?

Defining what an equitable future looks like

As we move towards creating a better future, a key question must be asked – what does an equitable future look like? Our societies have been plagued with inequality and injustice for far too long, where certain groups get left behind while others thrive. But it’s not enough to simply imagine a world where everyone has an equal chance of success or the playing field is levelled.

Furthermore, they must have an unwavering commitment to integrity and ethical conduct. Only through the combination of these traits can a leader truly navigate the complex issues facing our world today. It is our responsibility as citizens to support and elevate such leaders who can help us overcome these challenges and create a better future for all.

Understanding how biases can influence decision-making

Our decision-making would be based solely on facts and logic in a perfect world. Unfortunately, biases often play a role in shaping our choices and can lead us down unintended paths.
