Workshop Overview

We are living in an age of acceleration. Artificial intelligence is reshaping communication, decision-making, productivity, leadership, and even identity itself. In a world that is becoming faster, noisier, and more automated, one truth is becoming impossible to ignore: the leaders who will matter most are not simply the most technical, visible, or efficient. They are the most emotionally intelligent.

This live online workshop is designed for modern professionals, leaders, entrepreneurs, coaches, managers, educators, and aspiring change-makers who want to strengthen the human qualities that machines cannot replicate. It is for those who want to lead with greater self-awareness, emotional steadiness, trust-building capacity, and relational influence in an increasingly artificial world.

This is not a generic motivational session, nor a cold corporate lecture on leadership trends. It is a psychologically grounded, deeply relevant, and practical exploration of what it means to remain human in a system that rewards speed over reflection, reaction over regulation, and performance over presence.

Through this 2.5-hour live workshop, participants will explore how emotional intelligence functions as a real leadership advantage in the age of AI. They will learn how to understand themselves better, relate to others more effectively, manage pressure with maturity, communicate with greater depth, and influence without emotional noise or ego-driven performance.

The workshop is accredited by the International Coaching Institute (ICI). Each participant will receive a Certificate of Achievement and become part of an international network of leaders committed to conscious growth, emotional maturity, and meaningful influence.

Why This Workshop Matters

As AI becomes more powerful, human beings are being pushed into a quiet crisis.

Many professionals are becoming more productive, but less present.
More connected, but less relational.
More visible, but less grounded.
More informed, but less emotionally wise.

In this environment, emotional intelligence is no longer a soft skill. It is a survival skill, a leadership skill, and a future-proof human skill.

The ability to regulate emotions, build trust, read social dynamics, communicate with empathy, make clear decisions under pressure, and lead people without losing oneself is becoming one of the defining competencies of this era.

This workshop helps participants understand exactly why this matters and how to practise it in real life.

What Makes This Workshop Different

This workshop does not treat leadership as theatre, and it does not reduce emotional intelligence to a few polite behaviours.

It goes deeper.

It explores how real leadership is shaped by nervous systems, self-awareness, emotional patterns, social conditioning, communication habits, and the ability to remain clear under pressure. It helps participants move beyond image-management and into more grounded influence.

The session is designed to be intellectually rich, emotionally relevant, and immediately practical.

About the Facilitator

Dr Krishna Athal is a scholar-practitioner who works at the intersection of leadership, psychology, neuroscience, and human behaviour. He is a life and executive coach, corporate trainer, and leadership consultant who has spent years studying how influence actually operates in real systems, not just in theory, but in boardrooms, teams, institutions, and everyday relationships.

His work focuses on sustainable behavioural change, emotional resilience, and practical leadership maturity, helping individuals and organisations move from performance to presence, from control to clarity, and from charisma to clean influence. Known for blending sharp social observation with grounded compassion, he teaches leadership as a posture practice: when to step forward, when to step back, and how to build cultures where truth, dignity, and accountability can survive daylight.
