Cancellation & refund windows
Two services, two notice periods. Cancel inside the window and a refund will not be issued.
Individual coaching
Refund policy
- Refunds for individual coaching sessions are considered on a case-by-case basis.
- Refunds may be issued if extenuating circumstances prevent the completion of the coaching package.
No-show policy
- If a client fails to attend a scheduled session without prior notice, no refund will be provided.
Corporate training services
Refund policy
- Refunds for corporate training services are considered on a case-by-case basis.
- Refunds may be issued if extenuating circumstances prevent the completion of the training programme.

Refund request process

Refund eligibility
Eligibility is assessed based on adherence to the cancellation policies and the nature of the request.
Refund processing time
Refunds, when approved, will be processed within 7 business days.
Changes to services
Dr Krishna Athal’s Life & Executive Coaching reserves the right to modify or discontinue any service without prior notice.
Limitations of liability
- Dr Krishna Athal’s Life & Executive Coaching shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our services.
- In no event shall our liability exceed the total fees paid for the specific service in question.
