1. Coaching Services
a. Cancellation Policy:
- Coaching sessions must be cancelled at least 48 hours in advance to qualify for a refund.
- If a session is cancelled within 48 hours, a refund will not be issued.
b. Refund Policy:
- Refunds for individual coaching sessions will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
- Refunds may be issued if there are extenuating circumstances preventing the completion of the coaching package.
c. No-Show Policy:
- If a client fails to attend a scheduled session without prior notice, no refund will be provided.
2. Corporate Training Services
a. Cancellation Policy:
- Corporate training sessions must be cancelled at least 7 days in advance to qualify for a refund.
- If a session is cancelled within 7 days, a refund will not be issued.
b. Refund Policy:
- Refunds for corporate training services will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
- Refunds may be issued if there are extenuating circumstances preventing the completion of the training program.
3. General Policies
a. Client Satisfaction:
- We strive to ensure your satisfaction with our services. If you are unsatisfied, please contact us promptly to discuss your concerns.
b. Refund Request Process:
- To request a refund, please contact our customer support team at coaching@drkrishnaathal.com. Provide your name, contact information, and a detailed explanation of the reason for the refund request.
c. Refund Eligibility:
- Refund eligibility is assessed based on adherence to the cancellation policies and the nature of the request.
d. Refund Processing Time:
- Refunds, when approved, will be processed within 7 business days.
e. Changes to Services:
- Dr. Krishna Athal’s Life & Executive Coaching reserves the right to modify or discontinue any service without prior notice.
4. Limitations of Liability
- Dr. Krishna Athal’s Life & Executive Coaching shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our services.
- In no event shall our liability exceed the total fees paid for the specific service in question.
