This website is owned and operated by Dr Krishna Athal (“we”, “us”, “our”), a Life & Executive Coaching and corporate training practice operating across India, Mauritius and Singapore. “You” means any visitor to this website or user of our services.

Bookings, payments & refunds
- Coaching engagements are governed by the Coaching Agreement ; cancellations and refunds by the Return & Refund Policy . Fees are payable in advance as invoiced.
- Prices displayed on this website may be shown in multiple currencies for convenience. The invoiced amount and currency prevail.
- As a merchant, we shall be under no liability in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly from the decline of authorisation for any transaction resulting from the cardholder having exceeded the limit agreed between us and our acquiring bank.
