Who we are

This website is owned and operated by Dr Krishna Athal (“we”, “us”, “our”), a Life & Executive Coaching and corporate training practice operating across India, Mauritius and Singapore. “You” means any visitor to this website or user of our services.

By browsing this website, submitting a form, or purchasing a service, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy . Specific services may also be governed by additional terms, including the Coaching Agreement and the Return & Refund Policy . Where a service-specific document expressly addresses a matter differently from these general website terms, that service-specific document applies to the relevant service to the extent of the difference. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or purchase the relevant service.

What this website is for, and what it is not

• The content on this website is provided for general information and education only. It may change without notice, and while we work to keep it accurate and current, we make no warranty as to its accuracy, completeness or suitability for any particular purpose.
• Nothing on this website constitutes medical, clinical psychological, psychiatric, legal or financial advice. Coaching is a non-clinical service and does not diagnose or treat mental-health or medical conditions. Where your needs fall outside coaching scope, seek support from an appropriately qualified professional.
• Any decision you make based on material found here is your own responsibility. It is up to you to ensure that any service or information available through this website meets your specific requirements.

Intellectual property

• All material on this website, including the design, layout, graphics, written content, frameworks, programme names and downloadable resources, is owned by or licensed to Dr Krishna Athal and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.
• You may view, download and print pages for your personal, non-commercial use. You may quote short extracts with clear attribution and a link back to the source page.
• You may not republish, sell, reproduce or redistribute our material, or use it to build competing products, courses or training material, without our prior written consent. Press and media should use the Brand Kit , which sets out approved logos, photographs and biographies.
• Trademarks reproduced on this website that are not our property are acknowledged as belonging to their respective owners.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse this website. In particular, you will not:

• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website, its server, or any connected database.
• Introduce viruses, scrape content at scale, or interfere with the website’s normal operation.
• Submit false or misleading information through our forms, or impersonate another person.
• Frame this website, or link to it in a way that suggests endorsement or association, without our prior written consent.

Unauthorised use of this website may give rise to a claim for damages and/or constitute a criminal offence.

Bookings, payments & refunds

• Coaching engagements are governed by the Coaching Agreement ; cancellations, credits and refunds are governed by the Return & Refund Policy . Fees are payable in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• The Foundation option is a one-session service. Growth, Action and Mastery are monthly coaching plans with the current session structure and pricing shown on the Coaching Plans & Pricing page. If a written proposal, invoice or service agreement states a different structure for a particular engagement, that written arrangement prevails for that engagement.
• Individual coaching sessions should ordinarily be cancelled or rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations within 48 hours and no-shows are ordinarily non-refundable, subject to any case-by-case exception expressly allowed under the Return & Refund Policy.
• Prices may be displayed in multiple currencies for convenience. The amount and currency stated at checkout, on the invoice or in the applicable written agreement prevail.
• Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. A transaction may fail or be declined for reasons outside our control. A declined or incomplete payment does not create a confirmed booking unless we expressly confirm otherwise.

Third-party links

This website links to external websites and services, including scheduling tools, video platforms and payment processors, for your convenience. Those services are operated by third parties and are subject to their own terms and privacy practices. We do not control their content or availability. A link does not, by itself, signify endorsement.

Limitation of liability

• Your use of this website and its information is entirely at your own risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for any inaccuracies or errors in the material published here.
• We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, this website.
• Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for the specific service giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

These Terms & Conditions were last updated on 6 September 2026. We may revise them from time to time to reflect changes in our website, services, payment practices, providers or legal requirements. The revised version will be published on this page and will apply from the date stated here. Where appropriate, material changes may also be highlighted on the website or communicated directly to affected clients. A coaching engagement already underway remains subject to its applicable Coaching Agreement and any service-specific terms.

Governing law, disputes & contact

• These Terms & Conditions and disputes arising specifically from use of this website are governed by the laws of India. Subject to any service-specific dispute-resolution clause, the courts in Mumbai have jurisdiction over matters arising from these website terms.
• Disputes arising from a coaching engagement are governed by the dispute-resolution provisions in the Coaching Agreement , including its good-faith resolution process and, where applicable, arbitration seated in Mumbai under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, as amended.
• If a provision of these terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force to the extent permitted by law.
