  2. Non-Refundable Fee: The workshop fee is non-refundable. However, in exceptional circumstances, you may request to transfer your registration to a future session, subject to availability and approval by the organisers.
  3. Substitute Attendees: If you are unable to attend, you may nominate a substitute attendee by providing their details at least 48 hours prior to the event.
  4. Event Changes: The organisers reserve the right to reschedule or cancel the workshop due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, participants will have the option to attend a rescheduled event or receive a full refund.
