From early childhood, they’re told to “man up,” “be strong,” and “never cry.” While the world sees their achievements, it rarely sees the weight they carry in silence: the pressures of work, family, relationships, and self-worth.

This full-day workshop is an invitation to unmask those silent battles. About the Trainer

Dr Krishna Athal is a life and executive coach and leadership facilitator working across Mauritius, India, and Singapore. His work sits at the intersection of modern psychology, neuroscience-informed coaching, and practical leadership development, helping high-functioning people build emotional clarity, steadier self-control, and healthier relationships at home and at work.

In Silent Battles, Dr Athal brings a calm, structured, judgement-free approach to men’s mental health, especially the quiet patterns many men carry: emotional shutdown, pressure to perform, anger-as-armour, and the loneliness that hides behind competence. Expect guided reflection, real conversation (without forced sharing), and tools you can actually use: emotional literacy, nervous-system regulation, boundary-setting, and communication practices that work in real life.

He is an alumnus of Edinburgh Business School, York Business School, King’s College London, and Oxford University, and is known for blending depth with clarity, warmth with challenge, and compassion with accountability.
