On November 3, 2023, an inspiring event unfolded at Shri JJT University in Jhunjhunu, Rajasthan, as I had the privilege of conducting a workshop for 38 dedicated academic staff members.
The workshop, titled “Modern Leadership Styles & Decision-Making Frameworks in Education,” was a significant step towards enhancing the leadership and decision-making skills of the university’s educators.
